Cancellation Policy


At Lux Aeterna Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide all our clients with the highest level of service and care. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:

  • Booking Deposit: A non-refundable $250 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.

  • Cancellations Within 72 Hours: If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours of your scheduled service, a $250 cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to show up, a $500 fee will be charged.


We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this policy allows us to respect the time of our providers and accommodate other clients on our waitlist.
